Paul Cleden
Paul Cleden is a printmaker with a strong interest in figures in movement, the primary focus his powerful images of people engaged in numerous activities including sport, music and dance. Large animated groups are a recurring feature of highly stylised prints frequently depicting rowers, swimmers, bicycle racers as well as urban rush hour crowds moving fluidly as one.

Paul hand prints his images in small editions on his 19th century press using Lino his preferred choice of medium which lends itself particularly well to sweeping lines and the fresh clear palate that characterise his unique imagery.

Paul exhibits throughout the UK and includes the National Trust and RSPB among his clients.
